Proposed Rule Changes for 2010

New: Qualification for a Divisional Average prize will require players to have played at least 2/3 of the games available in the division.
i.e. 10=7, 12=8

Rule 19/20: ‘B’ Division to have 5 start on the card for players. This will be reduced during the season if they outplay the handicap. - ? how to manage

Rule 19/20: Junior League 'B' Division Positive Handicaps. That players who are aged 9 years or under on 1st January receive a +5 start in their league games for that year until such time as they have won two games, after which their handicap will cease.

Programme:


2.00 pm. Bowling competition between the Rochdale / Heywood teams and the Middleton teams.

Teams comprising representatives from each team in the League.

(Please can teams let Jim Barton know which players will be representing the clubs so he can sort out the draw in an equitable fashion.)


4.00 pm. Buffet & presentations for season
(Trophy / Medal winners list attached)

Cost of buffet will be met by the League – but – we will be running a raffle to defray the costs.
If each club could bring a raffle prize that will be helpful
